    How much are the shipping costs?

    You pay a fixed price for shipping. Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany the shipping costs are € 4.95. Shipping is free for orders, within The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany over € 50.00. Note: Returning an article is at your own cost. For shipment costs please check the shipment costs overview, chapter SHIPPING COSTS. When your country is not listed in the chapter SHIPPING please contact our customer serive and ask for your countries shipment costs.

    What can I do if there is something wrong with my order?

    If you have received a wrong item or missing item, please contact our customer service. Please send along as much information as possible, including your order number.

    How is my order being send?

    We send your order by registered mail to the specified delivery address. You are responsible for the receipt of the order. Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address after the order is completed.

    When will my order be send?

    At LE BIG we use a fast service. Orders that are placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day except on the weekend and holidays. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays will be send the next working day. After your order is being shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that allows you to track your package.

    What is the estimated delivery time of my order?

    For customers outside the Netherlands your order will normally be delivered within 2-3 (working) days, depending on the country. For all European customers we make use of the DPD shipping service. At receipt of the package they will request you to sign for your package. If you are not home to receive the package, DPD will leave a note with information on how and where you can pick your order up. It could also be that DPD will try again to deliver the order.


    Can I return an item?

    To give you our best possible service, LE BIG offers a simple return service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items. Click here to download the return form. You have the right to return on or more articles up until 30 days after you have received them. Online orders cannot be returned to our stores.

    Please fill in the return form completely and add it with your return articles.

    All items are inspected upon arrival of the return. Unworn and undamaged items must be returned with the tags still attached. Articles that do not comply will be refused. Reimbursement of returned items will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return on the account that you have paid with. Returning articles is at your own expense. We are not responsible for the correct transmission of returned items. We recommend you to use a carrier that issues proof of sending.

    Can I exchange my online order?

    Unfortunately we cannot exchange any returned items. If we have received returned shipped items in good order, we will reimburse them within 14 days. If the article you are looking for is still available, you can place a new order in our shop.
